Portfolio Strategy Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Strategy Manager will ensure Flutter CEE’s strategic portfolio delivers measurable benefits and sustained outcomes. Working closely with product, technology, finance and functional leaders, you will act as a central connector, providing data‑driven insights, scenario analyses and governance support to enable effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with initiative owners to define expected benefits and link them to strategic themes.
• Track realized outcomes at both initiative and portfolio level, highlighting early value moments.
• Maintain feedback loops between delivery outcomes and strategic planning cycles.
• Monitor portfolio health, performance trends and strategic alignment through structured governance forums.
• Prepare materials for portfolio review boards, track governance decisions and follow up on action items.
• Support the Portfolio Strategy Director in translating long‑term objectives into outcome‑based tracking models.
• Identify systemic patterns, value risks or misalignment signals and produce regular portfolio reviews.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio coordination or strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced iGaming environment.
