People Operations Coordinator

About the role

The People Operations Coordinator supports core HR functions by handling employee administration, payroll preparation, leave management, and health‑insurance coordination. The role ensures that HR records are accurate and up‑to‑date, providing reliable data for reporting and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of personnel documents, including hiring, termination, transfers, disciplinary actions, and changes to employment terms.
• Prepare payroll documentation and ensure timely processing.
• Administer annual leave requests and maintain leave balances.
• Oversee employee health‑insurance enrollment and updates.
• Record and monitor employee information across HR software systems.
• Update organizational structure and headcount data on a regular basis.
• Generate monthly HR reports for management review.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration and payroll activities.
• Proficiency in Georgian and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and deliver results.
