Part‑time HR Manager – People Operations

About the role

Borbalo is seeking a structured, outcome‑driven HR Manager to lead its end‑to‑end people operations on a part‑time basis. You will have full authority to design and enforce performance‑tracking systems, build talent pipelines, and create self‑serve HR documentation as the company expands across new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for core staff and niche contractors, and develop university partnerships to create internship pipelines.
• Design and deploy lightweight deliverable‑tracking frameworks for both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Collaborate with department managers to define output metrics and deliver a monthly executive performance audit.
• Build and maintain an asynchronous HR stack using tools such as Notion, Slack or Lark, and author self‑serve onboarding/offboarding guides.
• Manage local employee contracts, international B2B agreements, and ensure compliance with Georgian labour legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in tech startups or fast‑growth product companies.
• Proven track record recruiting specialized technical talent and managing freelance or B2B contractor pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to govern processes, enforce reporting compliance, and influence senior leadership.
