HR Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible and detail‑oriented HR Administrator to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, learns quickly and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with high volumes of information and recurring tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare, process and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems and internal records.
• Assist with onboarding, employee changes and other employment‑related processes.
• Help with payroll, attendance and other recurring HR administrative activities.
• Respond to routine HR‑related queries and support employee communication.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports as required.
• Monitor assigned tasks, deadlines and outstanding actions to ensure timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Good command of both Georgian and English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with appropriate care and discretion.
