Partnership Reconciliation Manager - Junior

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Junior Partnership Reconciliation Manager to join its Game Aggregator team. You will work closely with game providers and internal stakeholders to ensure that financial reconciliation, partnership terms, and reporting are accurate and transparent across a growing network of gaming partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse partnership agreements to extract commercial, financial, licensing and operational terms.
• Communicate with game providers to gather and verify portfolio, licensing, due‑diligence and cooperation details.
• Perform financial calculations and reconcile partner and client data, identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare and validate monthly reports using 1C, investigate calculation logic and suggest improvements.
• Analyse financial and operational trends, highlighting deviations and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and other internal teams to enhance reconciliation processes and the Game Aggregator product.

Required profile

• B2+ proficiency in English and Russian.
• Experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, account management, operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial information.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with 1C.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
