P2P Growth Operations Manager (CIS/CEE)

About the role

Binance is seeking a P2P Growth Operations Manager to drive sales and expand our peer‑to‑peer trading platform across the CIS and CEE regions. You will build relationships with agents and partners, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with our operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, agents, and partners to increase platform usage.
• Handle disputes on the P2P platform, providing troubleshooting and support to users.
• Conduct document verification and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• Perform market research and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Design, launch, and continuously optimise marketing campaigns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prioritize issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within finance or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payment ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication and active listening skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
