Growth Manager (Credit Line)

About the role

You will own how the Credit Line product scales next, leading its expansion into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Credit Line funnel—from awareness through acquisition, activation, and retention—acting as the connective layer across marketing, product, risk, and business teams.
• Define and drive the end‑to‑end growth strategy, decide where the acquisition budget is allocated, and rebuild the acquisition mix for the middle‑class segment.
• Design, run, and analyse experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, and retention, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, LTV and cost of risk.
• Build a clean experiment‑tracking system to ensure learnings compound across quarters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or product marketing with a proven record of self‑generated experiments that moved metrics.
• Strong comfort with product metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention) and tools such as GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads Manager.
• Hands‑on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, large‑scale studies and market segmentation.
• Fluent English, strong project‑management abilities and daily use of AI tools for creative prototyping and analysis.
