Operational Excellence Team Manager

About the role

Wolt’s Shared Service Center (SSC) is looking for an Operational Excellence Team Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance support operations across multiple countries. You will partner with local and global stakeholders, using data‑driven project management to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic projects from planning through execution, defining scope, work plans, timelines, and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Design, test, and validate new processes through pilots before wider rollout.
• Drive implementation of initiatives, monitor adoption, and evaluate impact via key performance metrics.
• Standardize processes, share best practices across markets, and conduct post‑launch performance reviews.
• Facilitate customer feedback loops and present deep‑dive updates to executive and senior stakeholders.
