Omni-Channel Communications Officer

About the role

As an Omni-Channel Communications Officer you will design and execute integrated communication strategies across a wide range of digital and offline channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni‑channel communication plans that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate messaging across display, programmatic, direct, social, web, email, mobile and search touchpoints.
• Manage audience segmentation and deliver targeted messages to distinct customer groups.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, conduct A/B testing and optimise based on data insights.
• Produce channel‑specific content and engagement tactics to enhance the customer journey.
• Report on communication effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning and managing omni‑channel communication strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and capable of working cross‑functionally.
