About the role

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join TBC Bank’s Tbilisi branch. The advisor will deliver high‑quality operational and cash services, guide clients toward suitable banking products and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium operational and cash‑handling services to clients.
• Offer personalized advice on banking products and propose appropriate solutions.
• Redirect customers to the right department or specialist when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in interacting with people and helping them with financial needs.
• Orientation toward personal and professional development.
• Preferably previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Good command of at least one foreign language is a plus.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern digital technologies.
