About the role

The micro‑bank Embassy is looking for a diligent Cashier to join its Tbilisi service centre. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, safeguarding valuables and supporting non‑credit product sales in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash operations, including counting, verification and storage of cash and other valuables.
• Monitor cash limits for the service centre and ensure compliance.
• Promote and sell non‑credit products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Conduct incassation of cash and valuables.
• Maintain secure control of cash‑room keys, seals and related documentation.
• Prepare surplus/deficit reports and ensure balance adjustments.
• Review daily cash documents and produce regular activity reports.
• Receive credit applications and conduct detailed customer interviews.

Required profile

• Higher education in business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector.
• Proficiency with standard office computer programs.
• Good communication skills in English and Russian.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking and teamwork abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and effective time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with the ALTA banking software (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
