Mobile User Acquisition Specialist – Freelance (Project-based)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to lead data‑driven paid acquisition for our mobile app. This freelance, project‑based position will allow you to shape strategy, execute campaigns and optimise performance while working flexibly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and scale acquisition campaigns on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook and other in‑app networks.
• Own unit‑economics optimisation, analysing LTV, CAC and retention to improve profitability.
• Allocate and manage UA budgets autonomously to meet revenue targets.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, targeting and bidding to lower acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with design teams, providing performance insights to create high‑converting assets.
• Report on KPI performance, deliver actionable insights and work with analysts on deep‑dive research.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with external agency, guiding strategy and evaluating deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in mobile app user acquisition and unit‑economics optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher; Russian language is a plus.
