Mid-level .NET Back-End Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-level Backend Engineer with strong .NET experience to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that power our iGaming platforms. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of our APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET backend services and RESTful APIs, including real‑time features such as WebSockets.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product owners to deliver secure, high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, improve architecture, and optimise performance.
• Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching systems (Redis) and third‑party services.
• Write clean, reusable, testable code and maintain unit/integration test suites.
• Debug, monitor, and resolve incidents to ensure service uptime and reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on .NET backend development.
• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Git‑based collaborative workflows.
• Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
