About the role

Detra is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and monitoring of mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects in Tbilisi. The role involves coordinating with procurement, technical and financial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create a project portfolio during the mobilization phase and gather all required documentation and reports.
• Develop work schedules in collaboration with the procurement and technical department heads.
• Prepare and continuously update procurement schedules with the procurement manager, ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Compile financial schedules and report regularly to the financial manager.
• Mobilize technical personnel, conduct site visits and plan necessary steps together with technical and procurement teams.
• Initiate work while adhering to recommendations from the environment and safety manager.
• Receive daily work reports from the site manager, monitor progress and control quality.
• Validate the authenticity of orders issued by the site manager.
• Prepare Form 2 based on site manager information and manage receipt/delivery documentation as approved by the client.

Required profile

• Higher education in a relevant field, preferably technical.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager.
• Experience working with contracts and Form 2 documentation.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
