Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Operations team. This position offers the chance to work on landmark construction projects and develop professional skills through collaboration with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects across initiation, planning, execution, closure and post‑construction phases following CMC procedures.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, architectural and other disciplines, communicating changes and maintaining alignment.
• Lead the tender process, prepare documentation, review proposals and present analyses to the client.
• Inform the client promptly of any changes to timeline, budget or quality to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports and presentations to management and the client.
• Issue invoices, monitor payments and keep finance updated on expected dates.
• Plan and control the project budget, man‑hours and master schedule, updating it monthly.
• Oversee work progress, identify variances, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with contractors.
• Validate interim payment certificates, control execution quality on‑site and manage non‑conformance reports via the Signify platform.
• Assess and manage project risks, approve as‑built and working drawings, and supervise contractor instructions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working proficiency in English.
