Marketing Manager

About the role

SoftFlow Labs is looking for its first marketing hire to build a complete B2B SaaS marketing strategy from scratch and drive a steady flow of qualified leads. You will work directly with the founder and have a real influence on product direction and company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define target segments, positioning, messaging and overall marketing strategy, including budget and KPIs.
• Build SEO from the ground up: keyword research, technical SEO with developers, content planning and organic growth.
• Create and improve the website, sales materials, landing pages and other assets, either hands‑on or with contractors.
• Launch and scale acquisition channels, own the funnel from traffic to paying customers, and iterate based on data.
• Gather customer insights and feed them back to the product team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in a small team (under 30 people).
• Proven hands‑on SEO results with measurable organic traffic, rankings and lead generation.
• Experience building a marketing strategy from scratch, not just executing an existing plan.
• Demonstrated concrete results (leads, conversion rates, budgets) that can be quantified.
• Fluent Russian and professional English (B2+).
