Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

About the role

The company is a licensed international crypto payment processing platform serving B2B merchants in adtech, gaming, hosting and IT services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build and scale the entire B2B marketing engine from the ground up, working with external agencies, freelancers and contractors while retaining hands‑on ownership of research, positioning and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a growth‑focused B2B marketing function, testing low‑cost hypotheses and scaling proven channels.
• Create brand positioning, tone of voice, sales collateral (one‑pagers, case studies, pitch decks) and oversee website updates and redesigns.
• Develop multi‑channel acquisition funnels including performance marketing, SEO, PR, content marketing and offline event activations.
• Select, brief and manage external agencies and freelancers (design, copy, performance, SEO, PR).
• Plan and run international B2B conferences, handling booth setup, client invitations and on‑site meeting schedules.
• Conduct customer development interviews, competitor analysis and market sizing to guide executive decisions on target geographies and verticals.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B fintech, payment gateways or crypto payment processing.
• Proven track record of building marketing functions from scratch, either solo or in small teams.
• Experience setting KPIs, managing budgets and evaluating agency performance.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) and residence outside Russia and Belarus.
• High autonomy, data‑driven mindset and resilience to constructive feedback.
