Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the systematic development of our brand’s marketing direction, strengthen brand positioning, and integrate modern communication channels effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the efficiency of current marketing activities, communication channels, and partner agencies.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and brand strategies.
• Enhance brand positioning, awareness, trust and reputation.
• Identify and diversify communication channels beyond Facebook/Instagram.
• Plan digital, traditional, B2B, PR, partnership and other marketing initiatives.
• Create and justify the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage and optimise relationships with creative agencies.
• Define internal and external marketing resources and help build the team.
• Coordinate Social Media, Content, Design, Performance Marketing and related functions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to communication standards and visual identity.
• Continuously analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals and company growth plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of brand development and positioning principles.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, external partners or internal teams.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and results analysis.
• Budget planning, prioritisation and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and managerial abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
