Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

Evolution Georgia is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to design and execute external marketing strategies that attract talent to its studio operations. The role focuses on boosting the employer brand, supporting recruitment campaigns and enhancing the company’s visibility among target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and lead external marketing strategies to increase applications for entry‑level positions.
• Develop and manage recruitment campaigns across digital channels, social media, CSR initiatives and PR activities.
• Collaborate with local HR and business units to organise recruitment fairs, candidate workshops and social media events.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs and act as the main point of contact for all communication assets.
• Network with student associations, universities and partner organisations to promote the employer brand.
• Ensure all communications align with Evolution’s corporate values and brand guidelines.
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets, tracking spend and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in strategic communications, branding, marketing or public relations.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑channel campaigns that combine paid and earned media.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns and basic SEM/SEO knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe suite is advantageous.
