Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Blue Waters is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to boost brand awareness, design and execute effective marketing campaigns, and ensure a steady flow of high‑quality leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Increase brand visibility through digital and traditional channels.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Allocate and optimise the marketing budget for maximum impact.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team, coordinating daily activities.
• Oversee digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Create and manage content strategies for social media, website and other digital platforms.
• Prepare briefs, monitor execution, and ensure quality delivery.
• Continuously analyse campaign metrics and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience managing a marketing team.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
