Loyalty Account Associate

About the role

The Loyalty Account Associate supports Scientific Games' lottery loyalty accounts, working closely with Digital Account Managers to drive revenue growth, customer engagement and retention. This role coordinates program activities, monitors performance and helps implement loyalty initiatives across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the relationship with Digital Account Managers, leveraging interactive programs such as player clubs and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain account activity, milestones and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper functioning of rewards‑program technology.
• Execute performance initiatives to meet revenue targets for the loyalty team and the broader organization.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop implementation strategies and expand the customer base.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging clients at various levels.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
