About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will oversee the complete logistics cycle for our freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in Turkish and English (minimum B2 level) and can coordinate international shipments while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize the full logistics cycle for freight forwarding.
- Represent order details programmatically in the relevant systems.
- Continuously monitor order deadlines and take corrective actions.
- Track transport routes and prepare daily reports on cargo location.
- Maintain constant coordination with international agents.
- Ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
- Identify new partners and build long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics position.
- English and Turkish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
