Logistics Manager

About the role

Vengo Group LTD is seeking a full‑time Logistics Manager to lead daily logistics operations from its Tbilisi office. The role focuses on coordinating road, ocean and air freight, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable movement of goods for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities across road, ocean and air transport.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
• Manage inventory flows and align logistics plans with overall supply‑chain strategy.
• Supervise documentation, compliance, and customs procedures.
• Optimize routes, schedules and carrier utilization.
• Maintain vendor and carrier relationships, negotiate terms and track performance metrics.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in Turkish and Georgian.
• Experience with full‑truck‑load (FTL) shipments between Turkey‑Georgia and EU‑Georgia.
• Proven background in logistics and supply‑chain management, preferably in international freight forwarding.
• Strong procurement and vendor coordination abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, use logistics software or ERP systems and make financially informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
