Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and own our lifecycle marketing function for a portfolio of health and wellness brands. You will drive revenue growth by designing customer journeys that boost engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value across all owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In‑App Messaging, and other owned channels.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
• Create segmentation and personalization tactics based on behavior and data.
• Identify new opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and revenue.
• Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Creative, Data, and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, campaign creation, data analysis, and execution efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing within a B2C subscription or DTC environment.
• Hands‑on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, personalization, and experimentation.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to own both strategy and execution.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to build a function from the ground up.
