Lead SAP EWM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead SAP EWM Consultant to design and deliver end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics solutions using SAP Extended Warehouse Management. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration to align SAP EWM implementations with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and roll out SAP EWM solutions covering inbound/outbound, yard, labor, physical inventory, and storage control.
• Gather and translate business workflows into SAP EWM designs and process configurations.
• Lead full‑cycle EWM projects: blueprint, design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and post‑launch support.
• Develop material‑flow strategies incorporating automation technologies such as conveyors and AS/RS.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and Lean Warehouse principles.
• Provide end‑user training, documentation, and hyper‑care after launch.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, and TM teams to guarantee seamless cross‑module integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP EWM implementation experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading project teams.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain, warehouse operations, and automation.
• Proven ability to design and execute material‑flow solutions in a warehouse environment.
