Lead React Native Engineer

About the role

Patrianna is seeking a Lead React Native Engineer to drive mobile innovation for its global gaming platform. You will head the React Native team, shaping architecture and delivering high‑performance experiences to millions of players.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, testable, and scalable code for mobile gaming applications.
• Own the full development lifecycle from sprint planning through release, coordinating with product owners and other engineering squads.
• Manage release pipelines for multiple apps sharing a common codebase.
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Implement AI‑driven agents and automation tools to streamline code reviews and developer workflows.
• Proactively address technical debt and define long‑term architectural vision.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in React Native, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV.
• Deep understanding of monorepo architectures and building applications from scratch.
• Strong experience integrating third‑party APIs, analytics, and payment gateways.
• Ability to create smooth animations using React Native Reanimated.
• Hands‑on experience with push notifications, deep links, and universal links.
• Delivery‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to UI/UX detail and excellent English communication.
