Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Key Account Sales Manager will lead relationships with our most important clients, driving growth for Food Alliance’s frozen‑food portfolio. Based in Natakhtari, the role blends office work with frequent visits to customers across Tbilisi and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, leading commercial negotiations.
• Identify new growth opportunities and expand product listings within existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and prepare regular forecasts and business reviews.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Resolve client issues promptly and ensure timely follow‑up on requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee excellent customer service and execution of sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably within the food sector.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse client needs, negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Fluent in Georgian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Office and reporting tools.
