About the role
The Junior Planning Manager will support planning activities under supervision while gaining independence. This role involves executing standard and moderately advanced tactics and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Complete planning tasks under supervision with growing independence.
- Execute planning of standard and moderately advanced tactics within defined frameworks.
- Conduct audience research and build target audience profiles.
- Create structured presentations using RFP templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams on task execution and delivery.
Required profile
- 9–12 months of experience in media or digital marketing.
- General understanding of digital channels and campaign strategy.
- Hands‑on experience with social media, paid social, or other digital channels.
- English proficiency at least B2.
