Junior Marketing Manager – Tech & Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to promote iSpace and Apple products, enhance the customer experience, and support co‑marketing initiatives with our partners. You will work in a fast‑moving tech retail environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive store traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and budget marketing plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Coordinate co‑marketing activities with partners, banks and payment systems.
• Organise events, masterclasses and influencer collaborations.
• Promote iSpace stores and drive footfall through digital and offline campaigns.
• Analyse campaign results and their impact on sales.
• Work with designers on POSM, banners and other visual assets.
• Manage social media marketing (SMM) and related content.

Required profile

• Higher education in Marketing, PR or Advertising Management.
• At least 2 years of full‑cycle marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills in Georgian and English.
• Experience managing communication channels and content marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics and digital tools for web analytics, email marketing and social media.
