Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

Ratehawk, a fast‑growing travel‑tech brand, is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to support regional marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and help shape the brand’s presence in CIS, LATAM and South‑East Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering regional marketing activities for assigned markets.
• Adapt global campaigns to local contexts, ensuring relevance and commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify market priorities and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaign execution, including email, digital, content, social media and events.
• Support destination‑focused marketing efforts using customer and market insights.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Approximately 1 year of experience in regional, integrated, brand or B2B marketing.
• Proactive, dependable and results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing, international environment.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data, campaign metrics and market needs.
• Ability to collaborate across cultural contexts and multiple stakeholder teams.

• Understanding of core marketing channels and how they integrate within campaigns.
