Junior Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Customer Support Specialist to help build a quality‑oriented service for Bolt Food customers. This full‑time, hybrid position offers a six‑month probation period and the chance to improve the speed and quality of our support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create loyal fans by demonstrating genuine care for customers.
• Share ideas to reduce workload and enhance support quality and speed.
• Play a key role in building and scaling the support team during rapid growth.
• Work rotating shifts covering early morning to late night schedules.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of outstanding customer support and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Curiosity about the reasons behind support requests and ability to convey insights to other teams.
• Fluent spoken and written Georgian and English.
