Jira System Administrator (IT)

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Jira Specialist to ensure the stable operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Jira and Jira Service Management across the organization. The role blends hands‑on Jira administration with process automation, integrations, and the rollout of new Jira‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable operation of Jira and Jira Service Management, providing technical support to users.
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, SLAs, queues, forms, notifications, and permissions.
• Develop and implement automations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into Jira‑based technical solutions and launch new projects.
• Integrate Jira with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and other mechanisms.
• Create dashboards, reports, filters, and data flows for KPI, SLA, and operational analytics.
• Test changes, validate implementations, and provide post‑launch support.
• Maintain documentation, configuration quality, and system stability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira administration, configuration, support, and customization.
• Proven ability to design and implement business processes within Jira.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as IT, Customer Care, Support, QA, Product, and RMA.
