Investment Officer – Eastern Europe/Caucasus

About the role

Triple Jump, an impact‑focused investment manager, is seeking an Investment Officer to join its Tbilisi office. You will work on debt investments in micro‑finance institutions across the Eastern Europe and Caucasus region, contributing to the full investment cycle from origination to monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, appraise, process and supervise debt investments in MFIs.
• Conduct due‑diligence, financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a regional network of partners, institutions and stakeholders.
• Travel frequently (average one week per month) within Francophone Africa and the wider region.

Required profile

• Economic or financial education (e.g., degree in economics, finance, or related field).
• Significant experience in an asset‑management firm, rating agency, development bank or commercial bank.
• Proven ability to analyse financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
