Investment & Acquisitions Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

York Holding Group is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Investment & Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate and secure high‑potential real‑estate opportunities. You will lead feasibility studies, financial analysis and negotiations to support the launch of investment products aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and assess real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence, including feasibility studies, cash‑flow projections and risk assessments.
• Build and analyse financial models, pricing structures and investment scenarios.
• Lead negotiations with developers, banks and other partners to secure favourable terms.
• Coordinate with finance, legal and cross‑functional teams to structure and close transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare management reports and recommend actions to optimise returns.
• Research market trends, pricing dynamics and competitive landscape to inform investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment, finance, real‑estate, corporate finance, transaction advisory or project finance.
• Strong commercial awareness, business judgment and ability to assess risks.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for building and interpreting financial models.
