International Sales & Procurement Manager

About the role

PalatiPalati LLC, a high‑tech manufacturing company, is looking for experienced professionals to lead its international sales and procurement activities. The role combines managing relationships with overseas clients and overseeing the sourcing of raw materials and technical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare offers and contracts, and coordinate orders, logistics and export documentation.
• Manage the international procurement process, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor market prices.
• Coordinate import, transportation and logistics processes while optimizing costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of import/export experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience communicating and negotiating with international clients or suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Russian language proficiency.
