Integrated Digital Campaign Lead

About the role

The Integrated Digital Campaign Lead owns the end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns. Acting as the central campaign owner, this role translates business and brand priorities into cohesive, customer‑focused activation plans and ensures consistent execution across all digital functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated digital campaign strategies and activation plans.
• Translate business, product and brand objectives into actionable digital initiatives.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, customer journeys and success metrics.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle from briefing through launch and post‑campaign review, managing roadmaps, timelines and launch plans.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Serve as primary point of coordination for Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, Product, Commercial and Partnership teams.
• Ensure consistent messaging, creative execution and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, conduct post‑campaign evaluations and drive test‑and‑learn optimisation.
• Establish and maintain campaign planning standards, frameworks and best‑practice workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to monitor performance, extract insights and recommend optimisations.
