About the role
The Hotels Administrator will work full‑time on‑site at Kiketi Farm, a 10‑hectare retreat near Tbilisi. The role ensures smooth daily hotel operations and high‑quality guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations, check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules.
- Supervise front‑desk procedures and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and basic budgeting documents.
- Assist with inventory control and local vendor coordination.
- Contribute to improving operational workflows and service standards.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of hotel administration and front‑office operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work on‑site full time, including weekends and holidays.
- Good command of Georgian and basic English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn and use hotel management or reservation software.
