General Manager – Luxury City‑Resort Hotel

About the role

Hilton Batumi is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its 247‑room city‑resort property. The role combines operational oversight with brand stewardship, ensuring every guest receives the warm, reliable service synonymous with Hilton.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to deliver seamless, brand‑aligned guest experiences.
• Manage revenue, budgets and cost controls to meet financial targets while fostering innovative guest offerings.
• Lead capital projects, refurbishments and service initiatives to maintain operational excellence.
• Set short‑ and long‑term strategic direction for the property.
• Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and all staff, embedding Hilton values.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, auditors and Hilton stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, exceed service standards and respond proactively to audits.

Required skills

• Resilience, sound judgment and hands‑on operational execution.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
