Hospitality Software IT Specialist

About the role

You will join HRS’s global service delivery team, providing implementation and support for a wide portfolio of hospitality‑focused IT products. The role is ideal for an ambitious, customer‑oriented professional who is passionate about digital transformation in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Install software solutions for spa and hospitality environments.
• Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite support for IT products.
• Maintain accurate updates of support issues in the internal call‑logging system.
• Research, isolate, and document root causes of problems and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist with occasional implementations, testing, and documentation creation.
• Test and troubleshoot new software versions prior to release.
• Prioritize and manage issues of varying severity and service levels.
• Log and coordinate support cases with third‑party vendors.
• Travel up to 50% of the time for on‑site engagements.

Required profile

• IT background (preferred).
• Open‑minded and eager to learn inventory‑management concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and SQL queries (highly preferred).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
