About the role
Guest Service Agents, also called Guest Experience Experts, deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about the property, handle operational needs, and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Provide smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences for guests.
- Process operational requests and complete daily reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe and clean front‑desk environment while standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
