About the role
The Growth Campaign Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the CIS region. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market launches and localized adaptations of global initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate GTM launches across product, community, CRM, paid media and regional teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, execution and performance monitoring.
- Localize global campaigns for the CIS market.
- Recommend optimisations based on performance data.
- Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience managing integrated campaigns.
- Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
