Full-Stack Developer – PHP, React & Next.js

About the role

York Towers is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web platforms that support its real‑estate projects. You will work across the entire technology stack, from backend services in PHP to modern front‑end interfaces built with React and Next.js.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production‑grade web applications using PHP 8.x for backend and React/Next.js for frontend.
• Design, implement and document REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Create efficient PostgreSQL schemas, write performant queries, and optimise database performance.
• Containerise applications with Docker and orchestrate asynchronous workflows using RabbitMQ.
• Participate in architecture decisions, troubleshoot production issues across application, database, API and infrastructure layers.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience with the full stack listed above.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, scalability, caching, message queues, authentication and security.
• Ability to think holistically about system architecture from backend to deployment and monitoring.
• Independent work style, strong ownership mentality and clear communication of technical decisions.
