Financial Analyst

About the role

EBIT Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its client companies with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management. You will work closely with clients to develop financial models, analyze performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for client companies and develop key financial indicators.
• Participate actively in financial forecasting and build models for strategic decisions and investment evaluation.
• Assist in budgeting processes, compare actual results with budgeted figures, and draft conclusions and recommendations.
• Contribute to cash‑flow planning and management for client firms.
• Support business valuation activities and prepare analytical reports.
• Present reports and recommendations to client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, business administration, or economics.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial management, or financial audit.
• Strong analytical thinking and developed mathematical skills.
• Orientation toward continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
