Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of three hospitality venues – Boulevard Hotel Batumi, Bellevue Residence Suites and Cafe Argo. You will ensure accurate reporting, maintain monthly profit & loss statements, and support strategic budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly P&L reports for each venue.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Control costs and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Provide insights on financial performance and flag discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to interpret numbers and communicate concerns when figures do not align.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
