Dynamics365 Administrator – CRM & Power Platform

About the role

LATICRETE International is looking for a Dynamics365 Administrator to manage and optimise its Microsoft Dynamics365 environment, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work closely with developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure the CRM supports business objectives and delivers valuable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights).
• Maintain Power Pages and Power Apps portals for customer‑facing solutions.
• Customise entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes.
• Develop integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 and other enterprise systems.
• Assist the BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
