Digital Services Officer (Entry Level)

About the role

The Digital Services Officer will join the Retail Branch Management Department of the Bank of Georgia, working in the service centre in Sachkhere (and Chiatura). This is an entry‑level position designed for students in their 3rd or 4th year of study or recent graduates who want to start a career in banking.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and become familiar with the Bank of Georgia’s processes and products.
• Assist customers who visit the service centre, providing guidance and support through remote channels.
• Present bank products, activate them remotely and help customers use them.
• Manage customer queues and redirect requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Active, with well‑developed communication abilities.
• Enthusiastic about meeting new people and offering assistance.
• Student (3rd/4th year) or recent graduate eager to explore the banking sector.
• Motivated to develop a career within the Bank of Georgia.
