Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, an international advertising agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client digital projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure the effectiveness of marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital‑marketing projects for multiple clients.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Communicate with client project teams and set tasks for internal specialists.
• Oversee specialists in PPC, SEO, content, design and other areas.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing instruments.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients.
• Update marketing strategies, project plans and budgets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing across diverse projects and business models.
• Strong understanding of modern digital trends and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage budgets, evaluate ROI and communicate effectively with clients.
• Willingness to lead teams and also perform hands‑on tasks.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
