Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute the digital media strategy for both our physical stores and the Dressup.ge e‑commerce platform. You will drive performance‑based campaigns across multiple channels, align marketing activities with business goals, and lead a small team of performance and SEO specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously optimise the digital media strategy for retail and e‑commerce.
• Plan, segment and budget campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other ad platforms.
• Define and monitor ROAS/KPI targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Analyse data, produce reports and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strategically plan and manage SEO, email and automation processes.
• Lead the performance‑marketing and SEO team, ensuring collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support additional digital channels such as Loyalty App and Live Shopping.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and multi‑channel media campaign management.
• Proven track record of conversion‑focused campaigns (awareness, traffic, sales).
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Leadership, teamwork and effective communication skills.
