Digital Growth & Performance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven, analytically strong professional to lead the digital growth and sales initiatives for ProCredit Bank’s retail and SME segments. The role will own the end‑to‑end digital funnel, from campaign creation to loan approval and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth and sales strategies for retail and business/SME lines.
• Hands‑on management of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other digital channels.
• Plan, launch, optimise and control budgets of performance campaigns independently.
• Manage the full lead‑generation cycle: campaign → lead → application → approval → sale → activation.
• Define target audiences, buyer personas and create tailored campaigns.
• Analyse lead quality, CPL, CPA, approval and conversion rates and translate them into business outcomes.
• Measure campaign impact on loans issued, deposits attracted, new clients and revenue.
• Analyse website and mobile‑bank customer journeys, identify drop‑offs and propose UX/UI and product improvements.
• Improve landing pages, lead forms, onboarding and digital application processes.
• Plan and execute A/B tests, CRO initiatives and growth experiments.
• Set up GA4, GTM, conversion events, pixels, UTM structures and source‑to‑sale tracking.
• Participate in mobile/app analytics, in‑app events, deep linking and attribution development.
• Design remarketing, retargeting and customer‑lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and contact‑center teams to enhance lead handling and funnel conversion.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, analytical and hands‑on professional with the ability to manage performance campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Experience in digital marketing for retail and SME segments, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
