Digital Growth Manager

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to lead its global digital expansion. You will design, build, and optimise acquisition funnels that connect high‑net‑worth individuals with the company’s citizenship and residency‑by‑investment programmes across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the worldwide digital growth strategy, aligning all channels with the company’s mission.
• Oversee performance‑marketing campaigns on PPC, paid‑social and other platforms, setting KPIs and managing external contractors.
• Build data‑driven acquisition funnels and continuously test hypotheses to improve conversion.
• Analyse end‑to‑end marketing analytics and attribution data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, email and product teams to ensure a consistent, trust‑focused client experience.
• Drive conversion optimisation through A/B testing, UX improvements and funnel refinement.
• Adapt campaigns to support market entry and expansion in new regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments with long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to scale acquisition profitably across multiple performance‑marketing channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in full‑funnel reporting and attribution.
• Experience working with CRM, tracking and analytics platforms and translating data into actionable growth decisions.
